About

I help founders doing $80k a month and up build a sales team that sells without them.

Quick version.

I failed high school. At 15 I moved to England to chase pro football. When that didn’t work out, I went to the US on a soccer scholarship, fell in love with learning, and walked out with an MBA I didn’t pay for. Mostly useful for saying acronyms to sound smart.

Back home I couldn’t get hired, so I started a business. My first big client was a company doing $250 million a year. They’re still a client.

Since then I’ve worked with over 1,500 coaches, consultants, agencies and service businesses on their DMs, content and sales.

The month that taught me the most

A few years ago I did $120k in a single month from my in-laws’ basement. Organic content, DMs, a landing page with no opt-in (yes, seriously) and a Zoom account.

So I tried to get to $250k a month. More setters. More closers. More VAs.

It didn’t work.

More people didn’t mean more sales. Hiring a sales team and running one are two very different jobs.

What I do now

I work inside a few businesses doing well past $80k a month, on the part most founders get wrong: the team after the lead.

A setter’s job isn’t to generate leads. It’s to catch the ones you’ve already got. A closer on a steady paycheck stops caring fast if nobody’s watching the numbers. And the founder can’t be the person every deal waits on.

My dad ran his sales from the car. Ten to fifteen calls on the drive home, no CRM, all in his head, and he’d walk in the next day with a deal. That works for one person. It doesn’t work for a team. So I built Adtaria, a sales copilot for founders who sell in the DMs.

That’s what I write about. Simple, specific, and from businesses I’m actually in.
